Naz joined the company in 2009 as Supply Chain Planner/Senior Buyer in the Purchasing department, then in 2011 moved up to the position of Production Manager in charge of running all aspects of the manufacturing floor.

With over fifteen years of professional experience in various positions with consumer electronic and semiconductor companies, Monsini's areas of expertise include forecasting, inventory, logistics, materials management, operations management, production, purchasing, and supply chain.

Monsini plans to streamline existing processes and improve production workflow. "I believe that manufacturing is the heart and soul of an organisation.
