3xlogic wins innovation award for campus security

Westminster, Co

3xlogic has won one of five Gold Innovation Awards in this year’s competition - the company was recognised for the Gold Award of Excellence in the Campus Security sector.

Now in its 10th year, and organised by the Security Technology Executive and a collaboration of various security media organisations the award honours the five most innovative, integrated deployments the security industry and Public Safety sector have to offer.

The organisers say that the mission of these Innovation awards since inception has been to showcase and honour the best collaborative project efforts of security solutions providers, systems integrators and their end user clients.

This Gold Award was presented for the entry, “Littleton Public Schools’ Security on the Right Path for Constant System Innovation and Evolution,” which was authored by 3xlogic staff and Guy Grace, Littleton Public Schools (LPS) Director of Safety and Emergency Prepardness. The award submission recognised the leading roles of both LPS and 3xLOGIC, but also technology contributors Stanley, Inovonics, Bosch, Open Options, Aiphone, as well as project integrators Linx and Beacon Communications.

Upon hearing news of the award, Guy Grace remarked, “This is a great honour for all of us involved. I thank everyone for their hard work that we have done and continue to do.” Matthew Kushner, CEO for 3xlogic had this to say, “It has been a great week for us, yesterday 3xlogic was recognised as one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America for the second year in a row on Deloitte’s 2016 Technology Fast 500, and today we celebrate a great collaborative, on-going effort with Littleton Public Schools and so many talented project partners. We are ending 2016 on a very high note.”

The Innovation Awards organisers also announced the winner of the Grand Platinum Award winner at the Secured Cities reception in Houston on 16 November, signifying the Best Overall Project for 2016.
