Surveon brings advanced video solutions to Intersec 2015

Taipei, Taiwan

Surveon, a complete megapixel solutions provider, will demonstrate its latest innovations, including the NVR5000 series – the enterprise RAID server NVR offering a compact size, redundant modules and powerful features, the advanced video management solutions, and the full line of IP cameras with smart imaging optimisers, all at Intersec 2015 from January 18th to 20th in Dubai, UAE.

Based on the Intel Haswell server platform optimised for power savings and high performance, the NVR5000, marketed as Surveon's Industry-1st modularised server NVR, supports 16-bay HDDs for data storage and RAID 5, 6 for data protection. The NVR5000 comes with a shorter depth (50 cm/19 inches) in comparison with the standard server NVR, allowing the system to fit into a standard rack. In addition, its cableless design prevents thermal issues for long-hour non-stop operations. The NVR5000 also offers the swappable CPU module and HDD trays and redundant components such as cooling fans and power supplies to ensure excellent system reliability and easy maintenance.

The NVR5000 supports the SAS expansion port, expandable up to 210 HDDs locally by simple cable connections, making scalability quite easy without additional remote storage such as NAS and ISCSI storage. With high-level data protection and long video retention period, the NVR5000 is ideal for enterprise applications in projects of banks, hotels, factories, large campus, public utilities, and government.

For the mainstream markets, the NVR3000 Linux RAID recorders feature the all-in-one design, RAID 5, 6 to prevent video loss, and up to 64 channels of megapixel recording. As a professional standalone NVR, the NVR3000 is a simple and affordable solution for the increasing demands of megapixel surveillance in SMB, retails, hospitality, and intelligent building.

The Surveon NVR series comes with Surveon's intuitive VMS, featuring enterprise-level functionalities such as large data backup and archiving, remote data retrieval, real-time analytics, instant playback, fisheye dewarping, PIP, multiple displays, mobile client, video bookmarking, remote monitoring, centralised domain management and many more. Moreover, the Surveon NVRs are compatible with the advanced Surveon Control Center (SCC 2.5), supporting TV matrix and high scalability with unlimited cameras, NVRs and clients.

In addition, Surveon's IP cameras are equipped with the smart imaging optimisers including smart auto WDR/HDR, smart shutter, smart auto exposure and smart auto focus to ensure clarity can be obtained under different lighting conditions. Along with the bandwidth control and storage management, Surveon solutions have been designed to help partners to easily standout in the megapixel project biddings.
