The new company name emphasises the focus on its own Santec products – a process which had started already some time ago. Moreover, the new name should strengthen the company’s position as a brand and as a manufacturer.
Despite the name change, everything remains the same for the business partners and customers who, the company stresses, will continue to received good service and support for all products.
Santec products are exclusively available via the video surveillance retail partners of Santec BW AG. The headquarters will continue to be in Ahrensburg (Germany), hence the address and contact persons will be unchanged.
Over the last years, Santec has become one of the leading brands for video surveillance technology in Germany and abroad.

Sanyo Video Vertrieb AG changes its name to Santec BW AG

At the beginning of 2012, Sanyo Video Vertrieb AG became part of the Burg-Wachter group and since 1 June 2012, the company name has been changed to "Santec BW AG".
