Available in two alternative ranges, the Oneprox GS3 will meet all the user’s reader requirements and, for the first time in PAC’s history, all versions meet EN 50131-1 & 3, the standard for intruder alarm systems.

The GS3-LF range is available in mullion, standard, vandal and panel options and is capable of reading existing PAC and KeyPAC ranges of credentials along with many Wiegand proximity cards and tokens.

The GS3-MT range is available in mullion, standard, proximity and PIN designs and includes API for 3rd party programmes to carry out key enrolment. This model also reads the same range of credentials as the LF range in addition to Mifare and Desfire EV1 CSN smart cards and tokens. This range is designed to combat the increasing risk of token cloning. The GS3-MT reader and PAC Ops Desfire EV1 card and tokens meet AES 128-bit certification which secures the card and token details. It should be noted that the PAC 64 bit is available only on the PAC500 series controller range.

Both ranges offer the installer on site configuration of reader outputs including PAC, Wiegand 26, 34,74-bit and the new unique PAC 64 by using the feature switches at the rear of the unit without the need for factory setting or programming cards. When using the PAC 64 or Wiegand 74-bit outputs they are also able to transmit the complete Wiegand code, removing the possibility of duplicate codes being received from different cards.
