OPAX exhibits at Intersec

Dubai, UAE

The Norweigan video analytics developer, OPAX, will be exhibiting at Intersec Middle East, which starts tomorrow and runs to the 15:th. The Intersec Middle East exhibition will take place at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition centre. Their stand number is 3626C, which is located in the Scandinavian Pavilion, Commercial Security.

OPAX is known for its unique and scalable system for intruder detection and permieter surveillance of demanding out-door environments. OPAX develops software that can be integrated with all standard hardware components. This results in a proactive and automatic process for detection in real-time, alarm generation and tracking of intruders, threats and vehicles.

OPAX just recently released version 1.7.11 of its VCA-solution (video content analysis), the focus of this update is to increase the performance, as well as having greater support for slow or distributed networks. This new version will be available for demonstration in their exhibition stand.

The real-time map plotting now supports distributed Client architecture. This allows all operators to see the pre-warning in the map, not only those logged on to the OPAX VCA Server. The possibility to view the plotting of movement on a map makes it easier to identify suspicious movement or to follow an object after an alarm has been triggered.

The alarm video sequence is also transmitted faster to the OPAX Client providing almost instantaneous viewing of the recorded sequence.

Improvements in the user interface now also make it easier to configure and monitor a massive amount of different rules and zones.

OPAX's stand number is 3626C, which is located in the Scandinavian Pavilion, Commercial Security.
