New members of the board appointed at ISS

At general meetings held on the 15th December, Harry Klagsbrun and Jennie Chua were elected new members of the Board of Directors of ISS A/S and ISS World Services A/S, replacing Peter Korsholm and Jørgen Lindegaard, who are stepping down after having served several years as members of the Board of Directors of ISS.
Harry Klagsbrun (57) is Senior Partner with EQT Partners AB, and member of the board of Gambro and Academedia. Harry Klagsbrun is based in Sweden.

Jennie Chua (67) is Chief Corporate Officer of Capitaland Limited and board member of Capitaland’s subsidiaries such as Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited and Capitamalls Asia Limited. She is also Chairman of Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd and Alexandra Health Pte Ltd, Deputy Chairman of Temasek Foundation and board member of several other organisations. Jennie Chua is based in Singapore.
