The mini box camera with a 1.3 megapixel CMOS image sensor provides HD video in real-time (720p/30), using the H.264 codec. The MDF4220HD is a hybrid camera which can send HD video over IP and analogue SD video via BNC simultaneously.

Equipped with a 1/4" tripod socket located on the top and bottom side, the MDF4220HD fits all standard brackets with UNC threaded screws. Due to its extremely compact design and the included mounting brackets, the mini box camera is also ideally suited for installations in automated teller machines (ATMs).

Not only is the camera's small size a convincing argument, this HD mini box camera is also characterised by its wide dynamic range (WDR) and ability to capture images with the highest colour fidelity and superb reproduction detail even in scenes with a wide range of contrast and strong backlighting.
