The MIC IP 7000 HD family can operate at temperatures as low as -60˚, as high as +60˚C, severe winds, rain, snow and 100% humidity, with what the company believes to be unprecedented protection against corrosion.

In extreme low light, or scenes with fast moving objects, the MIC IP starlight 7000 HD with (720p) delivers video where many other cameras may fail, even down to 0.01 lux, and provides clear colour images down to 0.05 lux – when some other cameras have long switched to monochrome.

With its wide dynamic range and intelligent backlight compensation technology, the MIC IP dynamic 7000 HD (full HD1080p) ensures that objects of interest are enhanced and easily identified in scenes with contrasting bright and dark areas.

Both cameras also feature intelligent defog technology to dynamically adjust camera contrast settings in scenes affected by fog, mist or other factors. The optional MIC illuminator for 0 lux applications allows the cameras to detect objects up to 175m away without any ambient light.

The MIC IP 7000 HD family features content based imaging technology (CBiT). Camera settings are continuously and dynamically adjusted for movement, varying light intensity and back and front light fluctuations. Plus intelligent dynamic noise reduction (iDNR) can reduce bitrate by up to 50% to reduce storage costs and bandwidth without compromising video quality.

Intelligent video analysis (IVA) is an additional technology built into the camera. IVA alerts you when needed, minimises false alarms by smartly combining IVA rules and uses metadata to help you quickly retrieve the correct data. It makes complex tasks easy. These cameras also use dynamic transcoding technology from Bosch allowing users to access camera controls, live video streams and HD images anytime from anywhere adapted to the available bandwidth.

ONVIF conformity and the company's integration partner programme also facilitate seamless integration with third party software.
