Michael Carr, the administration director of Anglo Arab Insurance Brokers, is confirmed as speaker at Iraq's Aviation, Electricity and Security Summit in London on March 28-29.

Michael Carr has over 20 years experience in insurance companies and brokers and, during the last five years, has carried out various insurance-related consultancy projects worldwide.

In the Iraq Summit, he will review and assess the issues involved in insuring project risks and propose strategies for the management and transfer of these risks in the projects aimed at rebuilding Iraq's infrastructure for transportation and communication.

Seventh in a series of conference dedicated to rebuilding Iraq, the summit next week will feature top Iraqi government officials and business leaders who will meet with international counterparts to address concerns critical to reviving the country's economy and improving its communication and information technology.

They will also explore investment opportunities, economic reforms, and security issues.

The two-day summit will feature officials from Iraq's Transportation Ministry, Defense Ministry, Civil Aviation Authority, international airports as well as from the country's private sectors.
