Illuminated keypad

Pantin Cedex, France

CDVI releases the illuminated keypad Digicode Sublim.

The design of this product required very special attention. Firstly, to combine the materials, stainless steel and polycarbonate, then to build in the characters of the Digicode keypad within the polycarbonate material itself (laser engraving technique).

The technology developed for this innovation enables a door to be opened by keying in the code, simply by touching the surface of the glass plate. There is therefore no more need for mechanical keypads, and accordingly, no more risk of wear and tear.

This Digicode Sublim is designed for public places, residential or high-tech industrial areas. It is capable of handling up to 100 codes and controlling three access points (installation possible at entry and exit points). It is equipped as standard with free voltage which enables it to operate on 12V to 24V AC or 12V to 48V DC. This new Digicode also has the advantage of remote electronics which renders it extremely secure and highly resistant to vandalism.
