High-resolution camera series introduced

Mobotix AG presents its new D22 camera series, a line of compact dome cameras with 960 lines resolution, integrated video sensor and long-term storage. The D22-basic was designed specifically for use in indoor areas. The camera includes a 90-degree wide-angle lens, it is powered using power-over-ethernet (PoE).
The weatherproof D22-IT and D22-Secure models are equipped with additional software functions and thanks to their fiberglass-reinforced housing and the 1.5 mm polycarbonate dome, they are also approved for outdoor use according to IP65.
The secure model includes the lens, integrated weather protection, year-round PoE power supply and MxControlCenter, a professional control center software with a license for an unlimited number of users and cameras.
The camera software includes event-controlled recording with up to 30 frames per second for each camera as well as an extensive range of alarm functions via e-mail and VoIP telephony.
In locations with a high risk of being vandalized, the robust IT and secure models can be given extra protection with the optional vandalism kit that includes a 3-mm polycarbonate dome and an additional stainless steel cover. Available in a polished, matt or powder finish in RAL colors, the stainless steel ring can be integrated into any design. There are two additional installation kits for surface mounting and for installation in suspended ceilings.
