Dr. Ahmed bin Mohamed Al Saif, manager of the Hael University, expressed his appreciation and pride for co-operating with Al-Elm, saying that the usage of the new technology became a very important factor in achieving the speed to reach information and to provide it to those who seek it as fast as possible. He says that this is why the University is dealing now with Al-Elm company, commending the success this co-operation has achieved through the implementation of the Direct Yaqeen service for students and employees in the Hael University through electronic registration of students applying for the university.

Al-Elm CEO, Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz Al-Ghoneim, said that the aim of this agreement with Hael University is to implement the "Direct Yaqeen" service, which will give the University the chance to link its employees and students database with the "Direct Yaqeen" service, which gives the university a timely audit service, so that the University can audit the data of the students and employees, and avoid the errors that occur while entering data, and make sure that names and ID numbers that exist in the University's database correspond with those that exist in the National Information Centre, Also the required additional information that is needed by the University is sent to it after the verification process.

Dr. Al-Ghoneim clarified that the information exchange process will be done electronically, as Al-Elm company designs the system as a web service, and Hael University designs the programs that are needed to connect to the system. In the connection process, it is noted that encryption and verification methods that are needed to protect data during the transfer are used. Also, the university will take the responsibility to provide a continuous connection with the Al-Elm information centre during operation.

Dr. Al-Ghoneim added that the privileges of the "Direct Yaqeen" service are felt now, as the final audit on the data through the "Yaqeen" service takes place so fast. He also confirmed that getting the correct and accurate became a source of power for any sector, as it gives the opportunity to eleminate any forging and avoid any trials to repeat data. This co-operation between the University and Al-Elm company was the fruit of the great experience the company has in the field of secure electronic transactions.
