Geutebrück integrates Aitmetis algorithm

Windhagen, Germany

Geutebrück uses an Aimetis kernel algorithm in their new video assistance solution.

This software filters CCTV information and reports a range of different types of objects and behaviours requiring attention or investigation. 'Person', 'car', 'fast', 'slow', 'wrong direction', 'object appearing' and 'object disappearing', can all be recognized either separately, or logically combined. Alerts automatically activate recording from particular cameras; switch pictures of the event to another viewer station; trigger alarm; direct PTZ and/or dome systems; change the site plan on the screen; inform a host management system, etc. whatever is required.

In 'dual sensor mode' this video assistant can be operated in parallel with the GeViScope's own highly efficient VMD to provide outstanding accuracy for monitoring perimeters, open sites and buildings. Adaptable for any kind of scene and application, the software upgrade also provides statistical functions, fast picture searching by extended search criteria, selective backup, and 'fading long term memory'.
