The agreement was signed on behalf of Abu Dhabi GHQ by major general Mohamed Jumaa Al Darmaki, director general of Installations security unit and on behalf of EADS by Hervé Guillou, CEO of Defence and Communications Systems (DCS) at EADS Defence & Security.
