Under this new management structure, DVTel will have a broader focus on both software and hardware development continuing the mission to be both complete and open.

Dvir brings with him a successful tenure at Nice Systems where he moved his way through the ranks of product development, most recently as the CTO of the Security Group. His distinguished career has seen him responsible for technology roadmaps, industry standardization, R&D, cross division synergy, and merger & acquisition integration within engineering as new companies were purchased.

Dvir is the founder and leader of VULCAN (Video Understanding Learning Content and Notification), a five year program from the Israeli Chief Scientist. This program is cooperation between leading security industries and academia researchers developing generic technology in the field of analytics for security.

Igal has is B. Sc. And M. Sc. In Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. His long list of intelligent video patents shows he's a proven leader in industry innovation.
