The DH-M60 integrates multiple functions, such as audio/video encoding, video-wall display, matrix switch, central management, network realtime preview and intelligent video analysis into one 12U device.

In other words for smaller applications, a single DH-M60 could be enough to handle all the required tasks - it can play different roles with different function cards, for example, it can be used as an encoder/decoder, a matrix or a splicing controller etc.

As for medium and large sized applications, the DH-M60 could serve as a comprehensive integrated HD video platform via extensions or cascading. Dahua has estimated that compared with other conventional solutions, for the same scale application, adopting the DH-M60 solution could save not only on installation time and costs, including cabling costs and labour cost, but also could be more environmentally friendly with its lower power consumption.
