Lås & Sikring AS was founded in 2002 in Namsos by Ola Viken. Since then, the company has been managed and developed very successfully by Ola and his dedicated team. Using deep knowledge of various security services, including digital and mechanical lock systems, door automation, access control, intrusion alarms, and advanced camera surveillance, Lås & Sikring AS has established itself as a highly reputable actor in the business.

The company has become known for its considerable engagement in serving its broad base of customers within property management, private companies, and the public sector. With full responsibility for their security systems, Lås & Sikring manages the entire process, comprising everything from initial risk analysis and project planning to installation, regular service, and maintenance. Lås & Sikring has a history of stable and profitable growth. In 2022, turnover amounted to NOK 26 million. With 10 employees working from its two offices in Namsos and Steinkjer, the company has consistently demonstrated its strengths in delivering high-quality and very appreciated security solutions to its customers.

The acquisition will increase Prosero’s presence in the Norwegian market and strengthen the group’s capacity as a provider of quality security solutions.
