New partnership delivers Covid solution platform across the globe

Burlington, Ma and Windermere, Fl (USA)

Everbridge, Inc., a global leader in critical event management (CEM), and Sequential Technology International (STI), an innovative leader in IT business process outsourcing (BPO) and one of the largest, African American-owned IT BPO firms in the world, have partnered to bring the Everbridge CEM solution to more organisations worldwide amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and other crises.  The solution includes the newly branded Everbridge Control Center, originally brought to market by CNL Software before the company was acquired by Everbridge earlier this year.

The partnership will give STI’s client base, including some of the largest multinational telecom companies, access to and expert technical support for the Everbridge solution, which helps organisations protect their people and keep their businesses running.

Over 5,300 public and private sector organisations currently rely on Everbridge’s CEM Platform to assess threats, monitor the wellbeing of their workforce, rapidly communicate warnings, and protect supply chains. At the onset of the pandemic, Everbridge rapidly launched its Covid-19 Shield Return to Work and Contact Tracing software solutions followed by the introduction of Everbridge Control Center, the industry’s first off-the-shelf physical security information management software platform to help organisations return to work while complying with social distancing and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies. Since the pandemic began, Everbridge customers have used its software to send more than 675 million coronavirus-related communications with vital information and instructions to safeguard their populations, employees, patients, and students.

“We chose to partner with Everbridge because the company offers our clients the most sophisticated and integrated solution for managing critical events like the pandemic that we have seen in the market,” said Alex Parker, CEO of Sequential Technology International. “We look forward to working with our clients to rapidly integrate Everbridge CEM into their enterprise technology portfolios, complement their growth strategies and more easily manage Covid-19, severe weather and more, all at the same time across multiple regions.”

“STI delivers truly innovative IT BPO services at scale for some of the largest and most sophisticated companies in the world, and remains ideally positioned to help organisations of all kinds expedite their adoption of Everbridge CEM and begin to lessen the impact of Covid-19 on their operations, provide a safer return to work and other public places, and kickstart revenue generating activities following Covid-19 lockdowns” said Vernon Irvin, Chief Revenue Officer, Everbridge. “This agreement also represents an exciting new route to market for Everbridge CEM as we continue to expand our channel.”
