The company, Detection Logic Fire Protection, Inc., and its subsidiaries, including Pratt Landry Associates, Vantronics Security Systems, Dialcom System Services and Detection Logic, Inc. (formerly known as Copperstate Technologies and ASL), operate out of 13 U.S. branches concentrated in the West and Gulf Coast area. In 2007, Detection Logic was on Inc. Magazine's list of The Fastest Growing Private Companies.

Antonio Cintra, president of the Fire and Security Services business in the Americas, said that Detection Logic is "A strong and profitable company with excellent management talent and a blue-chip customer base."

Detection Logic has an attractive business mix comprising of retrofit, tenant improvement and recurring service work which typically is less cyclical than the new construction segment," said Cintra.
