Tyco brands to exhibit at Intersec

Dubai, UAE

Tyco International will be unveiling a host of innovative access control, intrusion & video products from its American Dynamics, Bentel Security, CEM Systems, DSC, Kantech and Software House brands at Intersec, Dubai. The exhibition takes place on 17th-19th January at the Dubai International Convention Exhibition Centre.

The latest solutions include:

American Dynamics latest version of Intellex video solutions

Leading the way for American Dynamics in product demonstrations is the latest version of Intellex Digital Video Management System. Key new features include 400ips on all models, improved image quality and support for widescreen monitor display. Also on display are SpeedDome Ultra programmable dome cameras, Discover Mini Domes and the TVR entry level DVR, along with keyboards, matrixes, monitors, and video accessories -everything required for a complete video surveillance system.

CEM Systems AC2000 SE V6 & new S3020f Portable Fingerprint Reader

The new CEM S3020f Portable Reader is a hand-held card reading and fingerprint verification device, enabling security to be carried out at temporary check points where no mains power is available. Unlike comparable solutions that save fingerprint templates only to a smart card, the S3020f reader captures fingerprint templates on the central CEM AC2000 access control system. Using a Suprema fingerprint module, fingerprints are read and encrypted as a numerical value on the AC2000 server and uniquely distributed to the S3020f reader for storage in its large internal database - holding 100,000 card and biometric records. CEM will also be showcasing the new Version 6 of its platform CEM AC2000 SE (Standard Edition) System - a powerful and fully integrated access control, alarm processing and photo badging system. At Intersec, the AC2000 SE system will be integrated with the American Dynamics Intellex digital video management systems and the DSC range of intrusion panels, displaying its powerful integration capabilities.

The new Kantech Telephone Entry System (KTES)

New for the exhibition is the Kantech Telephone Entry System (KTES), a new concept in door-entry and perfect for stand-alone systems in nursing homes or flats. KTES calls the host's phone and, while in conversation with their visitor, the host can grant access at the touch of a button. When coupled with the versatile KT-100 controller, Kantech EntraPass access control software offers a compact, entry-level solution for smaller businesses while the software combines with the powerful KT-400EU or KT300EU controllers to provide enhanced capabilities for larger businesses. Kantech solutions can easily link to American Dynamics Intellex digital video management systems to provide an integrated access control and video solution.

Software House's latest version of C•CURE 9000

The latest version of C•CURE 9000 (v1.92) being demonstrated at the show saves users valuable time with remote monitoring and system management. Users can manage personnel, access dynamic views, and monitor system activity from any remote location with C•CURE 9000 Web Client all using a standard web browser.

Also being launched at the show is the powerful iSTAR Edge 2 door controller. This small device combines cutting-edge IP technology with an advanced feature set that controls and powers all access control devices at the door to minimize costly wiring.

Bentel Security's new keypads & fire control panels

Bentel designs and manufactures a complete range of intrusion security and fire alarm control equipment, keypads, GSM & IP communications and accessories. With Bentel's investment in research and development, Bentel continues to innovate with next generation products that are simpler to use and easier to install, all the while maintaining the philosophy of traditional Bentel products. At Intersec, Bentel will be showcasing new keypads, communicator interface, and our EN54-approved fire control panels and devices.

DSC alarm monitoring technology

DSC's products include alarm control panels, keypads, user interfaces, detection devices, alarm communication products, and industry-leading alarm monitoring technology.
