Telco Systems received this award recognition for its NFV Cyberguard solution for protecting SDN and NFV infrastructures.

SDN and NFV networks are open, software-based and designed to be programmed and controlled remotely, which creates inherent security vulnerabilities, including ongoing threats of hacking, malware and other cybersecurity related attacks.

NFV Cyberguard is an innovative cyber security solution designed specifically to protect SDN and NFV infrastructures used by telcos and other communications service providers. The solution consists of advanced networking probes, NFVI agents and a big data analytics engine. NFV Cyberguard can be deployed as a virtualised network function and provides complete visibility of the entire network, real-time analysis of network threats and the ability to apply cyber security policies to the entire infrastructure.
