Surveon storage-server for critical security

Taipei, Taiwn

NVR7316

Surveon Technology, an end-to-end IP surveillance solutions provider, is introducing its latest Linux-based RAID network video recorder - the NVR7316 - adding another powerful option to the existing Corporate series product line. Supporting up to 128CH 1080P full HD cameras with non-stop recording and 16-bay hot-swappable HDDs, NVR7316 is presented as an ideal surveillance solution for performance-driven applications such as airports and train stations.

Equipped with the same hardware design as the previously released NVR7800, the NVR7316 was designed as another Linux OS plus Surveon enterprise-level VMS as an alternative to the Milestone VMS with a Windows OS platform. Based on the client-server architecture, NVR7316 provides high I/O, large capacity, and the overall system stability needed in scalable projects. Its cableless design and redundant components such as cooling fans and power supplies also ensure excellent system reliability and easy maintenance. Moreover, all Surveon NVRs come with enterprise-grade VMS with real-time monitoring and video analytics as well as support for centralised management and TV wall matrix through Surveon Control Center (SCC).

Meanwhile, Surveon’s unique web-based management tool Surveone also supports online monitoring to facilitate remote management of the overall system. The NVR7316’s ability to expand the storage via local SAS port or an ISCSI interface makes it best suited to projects that require long-term video retention. “Responding to customer feedback, we hope the NVR7316 can fulfill other user needs aside from the Milestone and Windows platform whilst still delivering robust and stable performance as expected.” said Casper Wu, Product Marketing Manager at Surveon Technology.

The NVR7316 is only available for 3U 16-bay with Linux OS and Surveon enterprise VMS. Initial shipments were made at the end of April 2016.
