Surveon adds three 5MP cameras to high-end line

Surveon has enhanced wits high end camera series with three new 5-megapixel cameras. "Leveraged with the latest technology for 5 megapixel image sensors and the advanced image processor, Surveon has improved the low video quality that is the major setback for most 5 megapixel cameras on the market," said Casper Wu, Product Manager of Surveon.
“Surveon’s 5 megapixel cameras support the H.264 high profile encoding with 14 fps for 2560 x 1920 resolution (5 megapixel) and 21 fps for 2048 x 1536 resolution (3 megapixel). They are also equipped with advanced image functions such as 3D noise reduction, programmable sharpness enhancement and WDR control. These features have made our new models truly 5-megapixel H.264 cameras with good video quality under the low light condition,” Casper added.

These new 5-megapixel cameras are the CAM4571 outdoor dome, the CAM3571 bullet type, and the CAM2511 box type. All feature day/night functionality, wide dynamic range, 3x zoom, and auto focus. These 5 megapixel cameras, together with a full line of 2 megapixel models also provided by Surveon, offer project installers a versatile selection for different sectors to meet differing market demands.

Surveon’s new 5 megapixel cameras support ONVIF standards and are fully compatible with Surveon’s VMS ES2.4 and 3rd party VMS, giving customers a broad range of solutions to select from. Featuring 100% in-house design, Surveon's proven end to end solutions – from cameras, enterprise NVR to IP storage, have gone through a comprehensive QA process including hundreds of hours of rigorous assurance testing on performance and integration validation to ensure high quality and reliability.
