Open doors with a waving hand with new sensor from Seco-Larm

Seco-Larm's "No touch" request-to-exit sensor uses reliable IR technology to open a door or activate a device with the simple wave of a hand. The trigger distance is up to 4". Since it requires no physical contact, this sensor is ideal for use in hospitals, clinics, labs, cleanrooms (to reduce the risk of contamination) or for use in schools, factories, or offices (anywhere an easy way to exit is required).
These tough, stainless-steel, single-gang plates securely and attractively finish access-control projects. The SPDT three-Amp relay connects to electromagnetic door locks, door openers, or other access devices to allow entry into or exit from an area.
The SD-927PKC-NEQ features an attractive "ring" illuminator, which turns from green to red when the sensor is activated. Installation is easy with a quick-connect screwless terminal block and requires standard 12VDC power.
A wide range of request-to-exit plates are also available from Seco-Larm, including models featuring lighted buttons and "mushroom" buttons, among others. Most are available in both single-gang and slimline sizes, with messages displayed in both English and Spanish.
