The new REG-L1 incorporates innovations in active-infrared, optics and advanced ambient rejection technology to deliver high-contrast number plate images.
REG-L1 captures number plates from vehicles moving at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour (~160 kilometers per hour) allowing for full motorway operation and other high-speed applications. Metaphase-LEDs and specialised lenses provide outstanding performance at distances from 3 to 25 meters (12 to 75 feet), giving some of the most comprehensive distance coverage available.
