First in a series of high level hires at S2

S2 Security has created a dedicated new customer service team with the primary target of serving the needs of S2 Security certified integrators.

The new customer service team will provide integrators with a single point of contact to efficiently resolve common product, ordering and support requests.

The new customer service function reports to Garrett Morand, S2 Security’s newly appointed Senior Director of Finance and Administration. Mr. Morand will build the customer service team over the next 90 days. With over 15 years of management experience in customer service, operations and finance, he has a deep understanding of customer experience management and operational best practices. Previously he served as manager at AAFCPAs, a public accounting firm.

“This new customer service function will be a big help to our channel,” said John L. Moss, CEO, S2 Security. “Our aim is to reduce the amount of time and number of contacts required to satisfy integrator needs.”

The appointment of Mr. Morand is the first in a series of senior level hires that support the growth of S2 Security. S2 Security certified integrators have installed over 20,000 systems in more than 70 countries.
