Featuring an LXR CCD zoom module for exceptional image capture in low light and night vision performance under infrared, the Moondance enabled zoo staff to record high-resolution footage of the birth in night-time conditions. The event is believed to be the first time the delivery of an endangered black rhino has been filmed.
