This marks the company’s second year in a row on the annual list, formerly Super 70, that highlights the hottest, most strategically positioned private companies in cyber security, data management, and IT infrastructure.
“Security, data management, and networking technologies and environments are evolving so rapidly that the need for innovation is accelerating as traditional approaches are deemed inadequate,” write the report’s authors. “We spoke to executives of each Elite 80 member, and we believe the companies have the capability to dominate their respective markets.”
“We’re honoured to be recognised by JMP Securities for the second year in a row,” said Bryce Hein, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Extrahop. “The security market often falls prone to buzzwords and false assurances, but that doesn't serve customers — it hurts them. Inclusion on the Elite 80 list recognises our ongoing commitment to advancing the cyber security industry by pursuing bold innovation instead of brash over-promises.”
