Edge integration systems relocate

Oakland, California

Edge Integration Systems, Inc. has relocated to new, larger corporate headquarters to accommodate integrator enthusiasm for its web-based access control solution, Edge ACS.

"Edge gives dealers and end-users the ability to manage an access control system remotely, using any available internet connection. Dealers and end-users love the absence of costly head-end software, dedicated PCs and security infrastructure. Breakthrough elimination of this complex layer of on-site PC hardware and software enables integrators to deploy protection to end-users more rapidly and at lower cost, while both enhancing and simplifying access system monitoring. Edge also offers the integrator a suite of managed services that helps to solve customer problems on small to medium installations without a heavy investment in parts or training" explains Dennis Raefield, President, Edge.

This move positions Edge Integration for the next two years' growth. According to CEO Glenn Forrester, "Investor enthusiasm has been remarkable! Closing on USD 5MM Series A funding has allowed us to double the size of our footprint . . . to accommodate a dedicated product demonstration room as well as to expand our Technical Support and Quality Assurance teams." Augmented R&D enables lightning response to integrators' product enhancement wish-lists; and with the sales team ever on the road, customer service remains a top priority"

Edge chose to stay in the heart of revitalized downtown Oakland, CA, near all Bay Area airports and deliberately situated for ease of access for product demos, security training, and general corporate affairs.
