Dortronics wins customer service award

At this year's PSA-TEC conference, Dortronics' Customer Service Manager Mike Palermo was presented with an award for outstanding customer service. The PSA award recognises an individual who has regularly and consistently excelled in providing support to the PSA Customer Service team. The annual TEC event was held the week of May 5th in Westminster, Colorado.
Bryan Sanderford, National Sales Manager for Dortronics, attributes Mike’s win to his professional attitude and innate people skills. He says, “While product knowledge is critical, it’s only a portion of what makes a good customer support representative. Mike understands this implicitly and continually works toward making every customer interaction a positive experience."

Voting for the awards is done by PSA customer service team. PSA represents security system integrators who combine the purchasing power and the resources of large vendor groups with the strengths and personal attention to detail of locally owned companies. PSA integrators improve security performance through their access to the latest security products, best practices and other resources to develop cost-effective security solutions.
