The Cryptzone Board and management team believe that the fundamental changes necessary for the company's new ventures have been initiated and essentially implemented. The company has begun work on fundraising and a contract with Stockholm Corporate Finance and American investment bank, Rainmaker Capital, has been signed in order to raise capital in the range of 20-40 million SEK on the international market.
This capital will be used primarily to build a strong and self-sufficient sales organisation in North America, and to accelerate product development in the areas that are strategically important for 2013 and 2014 - principally Microsoft Sharepoint.
The Board has a mandate from the AGM to reach a decision on the issue of up to 700,000,000 B shares for the purpose of raising capital.
