Brivo wins homeland security award

Bethesda, Md

Brivo Systems LLC has been awarded "Best Integrated System for HSPD-12/FIPS 201 Compliance" at the Government Security News Homeland Security Awards.
Federal, state, county and municipal government officials, along with thirty-plus tables of government contractors, systems integrators, and vendors of IT and physical security products and solutions, gathered together the evening of November 14, 2011, in a packed ballroom at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington, to honour their best at the GSN 2011 Homeland Security Awards Dinner.

John Szczygiel, Brivo Executive Vice President, commented, “HSPD-12 compliance continues to be a major, pressing need for the Federal government as they seek to upgrade and unify access control management across all agencies. We believe we have the leading solution to meet these needs, and we’re quite pleased that the Homeland Security Awards judges agree.”

“We had a top-notch group of entries and finalists this year, so it’s a real honour to have been selected as a winner,” said Jacob Goodwin, the editor-in-chief of Government Security News, who served as emcee at the awards banquet.
