John brings over 7 years of experience in the security industry, recently serving as customer relations and sales manager at Atlas Copco, LLC in Ayer, MA. John accepted the position because he was already familiar with AES-IntelliNet products, "I used to purchase AES radios for American Alarm and Communications in Arlington, so I was already very familiar with the quality and reliability of the AES- IntelliNet mesh radio alarm communications products," he said. John begins his tenure at AES-IntelliNet with a plan to increase sales by reaching out to bring in new business while providing the best customer care possible. "I plan to hit the ground running and take advantage of all existing opportunities to bring in new business. I want to get to know our existing customers as soon as possible to let them know that when they need someone on the other end of the phone, I will be there," he said.

According to Tom Kenty, general manager of the AES-IntelliNet Alarm Division, "When our customers call AES-IntelliNet, we want to make sure they get through to a real person. John is well versed in assisting customers in the industry, combine that with his significant sales background and I am confident our customers will be taken care of.
