The ICAO MRTD 2014 Symposium will focus on the ICAO Traveller Identification Programme (ICAO TRIP) Strategy and will be held at the ICAO Montreal Headquarters from 7 - 9 October. 

The event will address ICAO MRTD standards and specifications, identification management best practices as well as related border security issues. The organisers are expecting thast all major players of the industry will be present once again.

Symposium speakers and facilitators are set to include world leaders in the field, policy makers and senior managers, top experts, practitioners, researchers, and many from the relevant working groups of ICAO, ISO and other international organisations.

According to the organisers, the 2013 Symposium was a huge success with a record breaking attendance of over 600 participants. The Symposium organisers were delighted with the response received from the international participants.
