Brivo appoints new CMO

Bethesda, Md

Brivo has appointed Mary Clark, a seasoned tech marketing leader, as Chief Marketing Officer to drive its global brand expansion and accelerate growth. Brivo recently entered into a definitive merger agreement with Crown Proptech Acquisitions, which is anticipated to close in Q2 2022, subject to shareholder approvals and other closing conditions.

“Mary brings a wealth of leadership, marketing and technology experience to her role at Brivo,” stated Steve Van Till, Brivo Founder and CEO. “Brivo is the category-defining smart spaces platform that is foundational within our customers’ buildings, designed to ensure the safety and security of their tenants, residents and employees. We are expecting to enter our next phase of growth in the accelerating smart spaces market, and Mary’s experience in launching, marketing and growing SaaS technology businesses globally positions Brivo to maximize its opportunity in the Proptech revolution.”

Clark commented, “I am thrilled to join Brivo at this pivotal moment. Having been in the wireless connectivity industry for more than 25 years, I am excited about the tremendous opportunities in smart spaces as the world of buildings embraces digital transformation. In a post-Covid environment, those that own, lease or use buildings are expected to prioritise the user experience with not only safety and security but also a means to grow value and satisfaction for those users. With its innovative products and services and proven land and expand strategy, Brivo is uniquely positioned to grow its market share in this rapidly changing space.”
