Throughout the event, Optex will deliver live demonstrations of its multi award-winning Redscan Lidar series, including a preview of its latest model in the series. Redscan Lidars use time-of-flight technology to provide highly accurate detection in both interior and exterior environments. The sensors can be mounted horizontally to create virtual ceilings to protect roofs and open areas, or vertically to create virtual walls to protect perimeters and narrow spaces like outdoor corridors or building facades. They also have the ability to create alerts based on specific detection criteria or logic and there are models with a built-in camera for easy installation and post-event alarm verification.

The show will also provide the opportunity for Optex to showcase the Flip X series – its new range of Grade 2 and Grade 3 indoor intrusion detectors that feature an innovative lens that can be ‘flipped’ to provide both narrow and wide detection in a single sensor.
