Meri-Lapin Lukituspalvelu Oy has been the latest company to join the Prosero Security Group.

Through the acquisition of Finnish security firm Meri-Lapin Lukituspalvelu, Prosero intends to gain a presence in an important geographical segment in Finland’s market.

Meri-Lapin Lukituspalvelu began as a family-owned locksmithing business in 2010. Successful investments and acquisitions have made the company one of the leading security providers in Lapland. Today, the firm offers solutions in locks, access systems, door automation, fire protection, and surveillance, accompanied by a complete range of services from planning and risk analysis to installation and maintenance.

Lapland is an attractive region that is experiencing growth and significant investments in infrastructure and industry.

As one of the region’s independent actors, Meri-Lapin Lukituspalvelu occupies a unique position and cooperates closely with many local construction companies, municipal service providers, property owners, and businesses.

The company’s impressive order book and numerous multi-year maintenance agreements indicate plenty of promise for 2023. Meri-Lapin Lukituspalvelu’s 17 employees work from the company’s three offices in Kemi (HQ), Tornio, and Rovaniemi.
