"Netnordic plays an important role as a provider of IT and security services in Denmark with a focus on business-critical solutions and services. Our deep focus on cyber security, networking, cloud and collaboration – combined with adjacent system and infrastructure competencies – makes us highly relevant to large and medium-sized customers. We are constantly looking for companies that can fit into our growth strategy, and we feel that there are many companies that want to become part of a larger entity to further strengthen their customer position and relevance", says Ulrik Kjeldgaard, CEO of Netnordic Denmark.
"2C Networks is a company that has developed a solid platform based on expertise and customer relevance. For some time, we have been developing a common ambition, which we are now starting to realise by joining forces", says Ulrik Kjeldgaard, CEO Netnordic Denmark, and continues: "The need for increased competence and capacity in security and modern network architecture is increasing, and we are very happy that 2C Networks shares the same ambition and conviction that together we can accelerate and become even more relevant in the market".
Netnordic has for many years delivered solutions and services in cyber security, networking, cloud and collaboration to large and medium-sized companies. With the acquisition of 2C Networks, Netnordic has made its 23rd acquisition since 2015. Netnordic is approximately 65% owned by Norvestor, while the rest is controlled and owned by the company's employees.
Ketil Johansen, CEO of 2C Networks, says: "The acquisition is a strategic step that emphasizes how important it is to create economies of scale and breadth of expertise for success in the market. With the establishment of a network and cyber security powerhouse, we stand stronger than ever. I look forward to following my employees and customers into the Netnordic family, so that together we can create even greater value in the future."
