Vista launches multi format HD to analogue series

Reading, Berkshire

Vista has released a new range of high definition analogue cameras and DVRs that allow customers to benefit from significantly improved HD picture quality whilst keeping their existing coax analogue infrastructure.

There are six camera models in the range – three dual format static domes (TVI/CVBS) and three triple format PTZ domes (TVI, AHD and CVBS). The PTZs benefit from using Sony Starvis technology to deliver effective 1080p images with excellent low light performance. In addition, all the cameras include a wide dynamic range of 120dB to improve image quality in challenging lighting situations.

Using the same tried and tested user interface, the QTVI DVRs look and feel identical to the popular QP960H range, providing an easy upgrade path. The DVRs are packed with high end features such as coax control of PTZ domes, alarm inputs/outputs and audio recording.

As for all Vista products, the new range is also supported by Vista’s 3 year advance replacement warranty.

Gary Rowden, Divisional Director for Vista, comments: “The analogue market is still very important to us. We understand that there are a significant number of end users out there that simply don’t want to go to the expense and inconvenience of replacing their existing coax infrastructure with an IP one. Thanks to our new high definition analogue range, we can now offer those customers a way to easily migrate to HD over coax and benefit from a 3½ times better picture quality than is possible with standard resolution analogue cameras.”
