Vista maintains that there are so many options on the market today that, sometimes customers need more than just a datasheet to really understand the differences in performance and suitability of the solution. The company has devised a simple process for ordering a free trial product for integrators.
Firstly, discuss requirements with the Norbain sales team and agree on what products to trial, then use the products for 30 days and provide feedback and discuss the next steps.
Products available for the trial include QTVI – high definition analogue over coax, the E Series IP cameras and Viper NVR – entry level IP, Q server – IP distributed recording and the Qulu VMS – IP centralised recording devices.
Gary Rowden, Divisional Director of Vista, explains why they introduced the scheme: “We want our approach to be different to that of other CCTV manufacturers. We don’t just start with a product. Instead, we listen to each individual requirement to ensure we provide the right solution. We believe that the introduction of the product trial scheme will help our customers to feel completely confident in the performance and capability of our products.
“Of course, the new product trial is just one of the services we offer to prove the suitability of any solution we suggest. Customers can also take advantage of the use of the Vista demonstration vehicle, innovation centres and on-site demonstrations.”
