Vivian T. Jones and Reino Wikström have been associates for over 30 years. Their respective companies have followed much the same model. However whilst Vimpex adopted a more global activity and innovative product development programme, LSW- Interguard concentrated, from its base in Sweden marketing the Kobishi range of Bells and the Fire-Cryer® Voice enhanced sounder range, both with much success.

Vimpex Ltd acquires LSW Interguard AB

Managing Director Mr. Vivian T. Jones of Vimpex Ltd and Mr. Reino Wikström of LSW Interguard AB of Sweden and LSW Interguard AS of Norway announce that Vimpex will acquire 100% of the issued share capital of both Companies.
