Vemotion launches Vbox 20 encoder
Thirsk, North Yorkshire
“This encoder has been designed with ease of use, reliability and flexibility in mind,” explained Stewart McCone, Managing Director of Vemotion Interactive Ltd. “The small size of the unit allows it to be deployed in a variety of situations, giving maximum flexibility for operational use,” added McCone.
The transmitter requires power, video and any data-enabled SIM card to work (GPRS/3G version). Simply attach the camera and switch the unit on.
The unit will connect to a server application which can be installed in a central control room or to any computer with a fixed IP address. Then, by installing a viewer application on a PC or mobile phone, you can view live video from wherever you are. You can even control PTZ cameras and switch between different qualities of video output, depending upon network conditions.
