VDRS range from Vantage
Rochdale, UK
Thanks to its quadruplex performance - display, recording, playback and transmission - the VDRS allows you at any moment to carry out video observation of your premises with the insurance that local surveillance and control duties are not affected.
VDRSTV is a virtual matrix using video or VGA monitors to display images from cameras of one or multiple installations watched over with units of the VDRS range. It can gather in a monitor up to 16 video signals from one or from several units of the VDRS product range, by choosing how many cameras you want to watch at a time and in which quad each one must be displayed. This allows the user to view the most sensitive area of a building, the images of all shop entrances, or any business in the UK or Europe - without using PCs.
The Vantage DVRS range is compatible with fully functional domes from various manufacturers. The control of monitors is via the local interface, and the units have automatic tools in network searching and remote connection management for Dynamic IP addresses.
Factory configuration is "Internet ready", with default parameters to allow immediate set-up of the unit and a complete menu for the local or remote configuration of cameras, recording parameters, digital inputs and outputs.
VDRSTV collects the images from the cameras connected to any VDRS unit no matter which model it is or where it is placed. It has access via TCP/IP (LAN, WAN or ADSL) with no need for additional software. One VDRSTV is required for each display monitor, and the same display monitor can display up to 16 images in a variety of ways:
• 16 images from a single VDRS
• 16 images from different VDRS units on the same site
• 16 images from different VDRS units from different sites
The selection of the units and cameras as well as the total number of quads and the position of the cameras in each one can be made from any PC with Internet Explorer.
