Provided with superior network functions, the GV-Standalone DVR is an Linux-embedded operation system that supports MPEG-4 compression, capable of capturing videos at up to 120 fps with 2 CIF resolution, and allows independent adjustment settings for channel resolution, quality and frame rate.
With special graphic design and user-friendly web and on-screen-display controls, the GV-Standalone DVR system can be set up quickly and easily. More importantly, the GV-Standalone DVR is able to seamlessly integrate with GeoVision's recently upgraded central monitoring station modules - the GV-Center V2 Pro, the GV-Vital Sign Monitor, and the GV-Control Center. With perfect remote central monitoring and various other control features, the GV-Standalone DVR is scalable, cost effective, and well suited for the overall central monitoring solution.
Also on release is the compact version of Standalone DVR - the GV-Compact DVR, which comes with new fresh design and same powerful features found in GV-Standalone DVR. It is small, light-weighted, and supports special features such as Global Positioning System (GPS) that helps facilitate global tracking/recovery operation. The GV-Compact DVR is for customers who are space-conscious minded and/or in need for mobile application use.
Both GV-Standalone DVR and GV-Compact DVR are fully compatible with GeoVision's main surveillance system.
