Optelecom-NKF introduces new camera line at Essen

Gouda, The Netherlands

Optelecom-NKF, Inc. will introduce its new Siqura camera line at the Security Essen show in October. Optelecom-NKF will be launching also other latest additions to their line of Siqura Surveillance Solutions, such as the Operator Storage software and the C-44 multi video codec.

In order to continue adding to "All Pieces of the Puzzle," a new line of Siqura cameras is being introduced, a total of 22 to be exact.

• Box Cameras
• Fixed Dome Cameras
• High-Speed Dome Cameras

The new Siqura cameras for indoor and outdoor applications will come in both analog and IP formats with a wide range of features in both.

New: Operator Storage Viewing Software

Siqura Operator Storage 2.0 combines simultaneous playback and live camera viewing with on-the-fly video capture and networked video recorder search functionality. The operator can view up to 16 high-resolution images at once on one or two monitors, or use Operator Storage to control a wall of video monitors. With its intuitive user interface, operators can easily control combinations of live views, predefined tours, and recorded images. For a complete surveillance solution, Operator Storage integrates seamlessly with Siqura's Intelligent Networked Video Recorder (i-NVR) and the full line of Siqura cameras and C- and S-series codecs.

New: C-44 Multi-Codec

With the introduction of the Siqura® C-44 E-MC (multi-codec) encoder, Optelecom-NKF raises the bar for quality and features. The C-44 E-MC, boasting four video processors, can take four analog video (NTSC/PAL) inputs and convert them to MPEG-2, MPEG-4, and MJPEG concurrently. For each video signal in, you can stream to different unicast and/or multicast destinations, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, and MJPEG, all at different frame rates and resolutions.
