New Vista Protosv offers maximum scene detail

Reading, Berkshire

Vista's new range of Protosv cameras come with true day/night and colour/mono options, and offer high resolution 700TVL imaging via the Sony Effio 'e' chipset. A range of enhanced features include full IR sensitivity and simple camera set-up thanks to the intuitive on-screen display (OSD).
Both models come with 2D-DNR and adaptive tone reproduction (ATR) which helps to balance the image in widely contrasting scenes of view, plus a host of clever features that ensure that the majority of lighting conditions can be resolved.

The VPC5-704DNE day/night model supplies excellent pictures down to 0.15Lux (colour) and 0.01Lux (monochrome) @ F1.2.The moving IR cut filter allows external IR illumination to be used and provides high quality images round the clock. The VPC5-704CME colour/mono model provides pictures down to 0.15Lux @ F1.2, and features an advanced colour killer function. This removes all colour detail in low-light to provide cleaner monochrome images.

For both models, consistent operation and zero hunting is ensured thanks to the programmable switching delay time, within the OSD.

“As well as a whole host of advanced features that ensure clear images are achieved, no matter the lighting levels, the new Protosv cameras allow users to protect sensitive and personal information with the privacy zone function,” comments Andy Cassidy, Vista Business Manager. “They make an excellent addition to the range, ensuring that Vista continues to provide CCTV equipment designed specifically with the user in mind.”
