Printing high contrast black or blue text at up to 203 dpi on any colour background, the TCM300/400 is ideal for environments where cards need to be reused again and again, such as temporary access control and visitor management applications as well as loyalty, membership and appointment cards. Ideal for unattended kiosks, the TCM300 can hold up to 400 cards at a time and the TCM400 can hold up to 1000 cards thanks to the input hopper extensions.
The TCM300/400 has a choice of USB or RS232C Serial interface options and comes with Windows 2000 and XP drivers - with a footprint of just 119mm wide x 270mm deep x 132.5mm height, this re-writable card printer even has a maintenance indicator to warn the operator of the optimum time to run a head cleaning cycle in order to obtain the highest resolution card printouts.
Supplied as standard with a magnetic stripe encoder, the TCM300/400 is also available with an optional a Mifare encoder. For use with both options, DED can supply the dedicated cardfive software package to improve integration and offer a complete printing/encoding solution.
