The MPEG module allows fast update remote viewing of live or recorded images from any camera connected to the DVR.
Available as an option with most of the Videoswitch Vi DVRs, the module subject to bandwidth availability can stream video at 25 images per second.
Images can be viewed over a LAN, WAN or via broadband from anywhere in the world via a web browser on a PC. Full access to the menus and control of the DVR is available. A view of a spot monitor is provided if the user only wishes to see live images.

New MPEG4 streaming module announced from Videoswitch
Videoswitch have introduced a module that provides for MPEG4 streaming of images from their Vi series of DVRs.
