NatWest have part funded the land purchase and development of new premises, alongside the management team led by John Davies, MD of TDSi. Tim Lewis of Lewis & Co provided advice on the syndicate pension funds to agree a suitable structure for all parties involved.
Paul Stewart, NatWest in Bournemouth has been working closely with TDSi for over 12 months. Paul has provided a finance package to support additional funding against a syndicate pension fund. Paul and Tim Lewis jointly delivered against their objectives, which will enable the company to expand into bigger premises so they can continue to build on their local and global brand.
